  • It's a great journey... bought my first medium sized shirt in a VERY long time! Take it one day at a time and don't beat yourself when you have a 'blip' ... you'll have them, that's guaranteed. Just remember that it's a lifestyle change and not to be tempted to make that change too quickly.

    I to am new to this, however it is not bad. the big thing I have found is, stay under your daily cal's and work out. 30 min a day every day. that works the best for me. everyone has to find the one thing that works for them. We all are not made the same so not everything is going to work for all of us. good luck
