Thanks for this, am thinking of giving it up for month too, and then stick to vodka and soda and the odd cider. Wine and beer i drink to much of so will cut it. Going to be hard, but want the change. Anyone else planning on doing this and keen for a friend and support please feel free to add me.

very true being prepared is the bigger key. Can be hard when so busy but makes such a difference and helps you get off track. Haha, I saw a guy who must have been rehersing for his strip shows years ago. Doing twirls and taking of his imaginery hat of and staring at himself in the mirror. I found it very funny and put me off my weights as kept watching him and trying not to laugh. It was more of comedy than sexy.

The scales didn't move for me for about 5 months, i kept on, and noticed changes, clothes fitting me and getting too big and people noticing it. Important to keep at it, push through it and know its the best thing for you.

Hyper crazy rough coat Jack Russell, Dozer is insane but love him to bits, and just rescued a Australian Terrior Cross Willow who is adorable, love them both and love they motivate me to excercise more as have to take them walking and they love it.

Yeah i have allowed some bad foods and cheat days and have lost alot of weight, yeah it has proably taken longer than if i had been stricter but have found i have stayed at it longer and as times has gone on i am more and more careful on what bad food i eat.

Change it up and enjoy the nice weather. Start big walks /hikes, running, bike riding. Go to the park and can do circuits, even out in you own yard, tricipe dips, shuttle runs, lunges, squats. they are not for clothes. Mine was the cutest thing loved it. kept me up a night when it chewed through its wood. Have wanted to get another one, but don't know where to get one where i live now. I loved it when he took his dust baths.
