Do you have a smart phone the app works great for me, before having something i will check and often…

Soudns great to me, good job. Just remeber to keep uping the intensity. So when using the glider each time see if you can go further distance wise (if you have a computer that shows you) so one day you go 2 miles next day imporve on that even if only slightly. With wieghts make sure you are increasing your load. So if you…

I think you'll be fine, great selection of healthy meals etc, fresh ingrediants. Sumo salad is good, sushi places etc, easy to find some healthy takeaway options too. Vegemite on toast is good too, should at least try it.

It takes time to work on it, but the biggest thing is finding the right foods that are lower in cals, and then it becomes alot easier to eat the correct amount. Log things in and expirment. Sometimes it is about what you are eating and that has been the best thing i have learnt from MFP, if you eat the right stuff you can…

Sounds like a good idea to get through winter. I live north east vic, near the moutains so gets very cold sometimes even bit of snow, i feel your pain. Plus i hate day light savings being over, so much harder walking the dog after work.

I would reconmend perhaps seeing a nutrionist and having something taylored to you, due to previous health issue, isn't always one thing fits all, may cost you a bit but perhaps the results would be worth it.
-
yum, thanks, might add some spice to it too, try and make it a bit like southern fried chicken

the fact you are on the site and working through it is great. Kudos to you. It takes time, just keep working at it and making small goals. Don't always focus on scales, don't forget your clothes how you feel and look. Don't fell guity to eat, eat the right stuff, even if you went over a bit but is all good food is better…

I burn about that on my polar FT4. 70 mins is decent, i always make sure i am at least in the zone a good amount of the time, having my hrm has made me push harder on walk. Even when i go on shorter walks with the dog, but heart rate about 130 ish, i burn nearly 200 cals.

Thanks guys appreciate it. :)
