Wow thanks for the inspiration, almost finished ripped in 30 and about to get 30 day shred and extreme shred for next year. Hadn't taken photos but just had measurements done and lost load of cm;s.

Try You tube, I think there are a whole lot of free video work outs on there and you may be able to find one. Another option is investing in resistence bands, not too expensive and some come with work out plans, take up minimum room. Also other Jillian DVD's and invest in some hand weights or even looking at strength…

Thanks so much for that, is just what i needed, the scales been bit slow for me. due to do measurements again so will and in the will start taking some photos too, as haven't. I would love those results and so wouldn't care if my wieght never changed more about how i look to what the scale says. feel so much more motivated…

Everyone is different don't just listen to scales, your clothes are a big one, do they feel different have some outfits you aim to fit into, keep looking at your body and see if you notice change cause you will, so many different ways, you'll see results, scales go good sometimes for me then few weeks nothing, take…

So with Insanity you don't need any weights, hand weights etc. How do the different work outs go, is someone able to give a bit of a run down on that. How fit do you need to be? TA:)

Just did wk1d1, loved it, wasn't too bad but amazed at how much i sweated. Love that is only 30 mins so acheivealbe. Look forward to the rest. what hand weights are people using and start on need to buy hand weights as had none today used zumba tonning sticks, what do i need to get wieght wise .

Thank you so much much for sharing that, i am about 4 months into MFP, and needed that inspiration to keep going and know i am doing well, hey slip up now and again but have changed so much, still a struggle but getting easier and so much more aware. Good work and congrates on your sucess.

I think the warning is there more as the site does not promote unhealty eating and dandgerous for your health if are way under all the time due to lack of nutrition viatmins etc. I wouldn't worry i believe is jsut to not encourage to eat too low and miss out on what you need.

Salmon egg roll: 2 egg thin omlete Then put smoked salmon, horseraddish cream, cappers, thinly sliced cucumber, sauted mushrooms and onions and rocket, roll up eat and enjoy is so good works out under 300 calories. Is so good.

Wet wipes or similiar to these. I used to walk to work and had no shower so had a wet wipe shower, then use spray on deordorant, didn't get to stinky or sweaty. Works pretty good, fairly easy and you feel fresher.

i put them in as you can still eat too much fruit. However look at lower cal fruits, berries often really good and aples etc, experiment with what is lowest. However if you went over 100 calories for eating a banana and everyelse i don't think going to have much impact better than having a hamburger or choc cake.

Is all good, i love it it. I even put it in a wine glass some nights. If no flavor etc is fine, just got to watch you put in it. Just lemon wedge is fine.

Make a 2 egg omelete, thin. Then place spinach, smoked salmon, thinly sliced cucumber, capsicum, capers and mix some ricotta cheese and horseraddish cream. then roll it up, delicous. :happy:

Definatley mix it up, tricks your body and pushes it more. i do cardio at lunch too, then 3 mornings do weights and 2 pump classes and walking. i have found from doing weights am more tonned and see real changes in my body more than just cardio, would take a lot for a women to bulk up from weights. Building mussle burns…

I often have calories left over. i am doing alot of excercise and don't aim to eat them back as have been told just cause your are excercising doens't mean is good to eat more. As long as had good meals, nutirious food that will give me what i need i don't worry, i don;'t think is good idea to think i have 400 calories…
