Nope but I might try a 10 mile TT this year. My power-to-weight has improved a lot very recently and have noticed my rolling avg has increased quite a bit (logged my first ever 18mph+ ride Yesterday). The only thing close to competative riding I am doing atm, is Strava. Fortunately for me, there are a lot of other Strava…

I have never tried WW but don't like the sound of being able to eat as much fruit & veg as I want... I mean we all know there is about 100 calories in a banana and what happens if I eat 6 bananas every day??? it makes no sense to me :) Better to be accurate and simple, by tracking actual calories, via MFP!

Make sure it's genuine hunger and not dehydration. You will feel hungry after a ride, even if you have eaten a reasonable amount, if you are actually in need of fluids - not food.

How does doing cardio cause problems?

There's a formula, for guys... Half of his age + 7 = minimum age of the girl he can date ;-) It's a little more tricky to determine the minimum age guy, a girl can date...

Handbuilts, with a 36H rear hub. If you ping a spoke on a 36 spoke wheel it isn't ride over, assuming you can adjust the adjacent spokes to compensate. This happened to me last summer and I rode another 60+ miles on it, after tweaking the spokes next door. Anything less than 36H and it's game over, imho.

Why are you 'staying under your BMR' ?

Cooking, as cardio? Are you kidding me...
