Cals burned, doing weights?
Hi How come MFP doesn't account for cals burned during weight sessions? According to my HRM I burn a fair bit when I am doing the session and the HR certainly gets quite elevated! I added my cals manually the other day but don't want to 'cheat' so just putting in cardio done and not included cals from weights today... Thx

Starting Again!
So, I joined this site almost 3 months ago and it started well enough (for about 3 weeks). Massive blow out in August, at a friends' wedding weekend :( I had undone any good work and didn't feel like logging anything after that. But now I am back, Raaawr! I must do something radical...

Hello all I am quite fat, so decided to join up here, in an attempt to keep track of eating! I have been logging everything for a week now and only had 2 'bad' days, the rest had some calories left to spend. I do a fair amount of cycling, so this helps to earn me extra cals, even though I have to select a slower cycling…
