Gluten Free Blueberry Waffle, Blueberries, Pineapples, Honey, Spinach, Hot Lean Turkey Sausage, Fried Egg 496 Calories, 26g Protein, 20g Fat, 5g Fiber, 948mg Sodium, 29g Sugar Figured I'd make myself something a little nicer for Breakfast/"brunch" besides oatmeal lol. A little higher in calories but not too bad.

I think I hold onto water too..is there a way to get rid of at least some of this water bloat?

Same here! Guess I need to step it up in order to make that scale say 1lb lost. But people are telling me they see a difference in my body, yet my scale says otherwise :-/
