  • I am by no means an expert, but as someone who played sports in high school and has worked out her whole life, the best thing to do is stretch right after working out AND in the morning. You will be sore no matter what, but stretching will help and it will keep you from getting injuries as well :) Keep it up!
  • Welcome!!!! My BEST advice is if you are hungry throughout the day at work, take veggies as munchies. I take carrot and celery sticks, an entire cucumber - I also take an apple and a container of blueberries. That will leave you lots of calories for a good breakfast and dinner.
