I would just work out more so that I would have more calories to eat. It sounds like this is something that you will have to live with.

Hello, I have a fitbit One. It calculates my calories so I don't have to do all the math. Good Luck!

Leave it.

Love this^^^ I have a Pomeranian, that someone else rescued and I rescued her from them.
-
Never, I saw so much about them on here and got my gym to get them. Yuck, too much artificial sweetener taste.
-
You can add me if you like. We are about the same age. I workout at a gym, not the outdoor type really. Mostly lift weights. My diary is open. Good Luck.

And you know that that is 1300 without exercise, so if you burn 200 calories a day working out that will put you at 1500 calories.
-
You're just weighing to often. Pick a day of the week and weigh at the same time every week. If you weigh more you're gaining.
-
I trust MFP, if you entered your information honestly then your numbers are right.
-
No, you rest and refuel, if you have one no exercise day a week eat 2000 calories that day. Then go back to normal on the rest of the days.
-
You can add me.
-
Leave her alone about the smoking.
-
That's great! I'm on my 884th day!

Weigh and log all your food and follow the MFP program. If you do this you will lose, there is no guess work. Doesn't matter how old you are. If you can't exercise you won't be able to eat as much. Good luck!

I work at a gym and open it every Christmas. This year from 12 to 4....all the die hards will be there. Merry Christmas!!

Pizza!

How many calories does your fitbit say you're burning daily? Why do you just use it Monday thru Friday? That sounds like what I do for maintenance.
-
Hi, I'm Gil. I have a fitbit one, I'm 26WS63.
-
I think the 1200 calories encourages you to work out more than 20 minutes a day. Try doing things the way that MFP has it set up. The more you exercise the more calories you have to eat.
-
Hang in there, sweetie. Maybe you could start going to a gym and learn more about nutrition, that will help you. We all learn a little everyday. Best of luck to you!
-
It takes dedication and consistency.

I think lifting is the best exercise I could do. I need to keep all the muscle I can......sorry that your Dr said that stuff to you.

Get a fitbit one and then you will know your calorie burn since your activity probably varies from day to day. I'm 5'2" and weigh 118-120. Been at that weight for probably a year. Some days I eat 1400 calories and some days 3,000 but that is just maybe once a week.

Hi, I'm Gilda

I love it. Eat it everyday. Delmonte diced peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon and Borden low fat Cottage cheese 1/2 cup. 150 calories and 14 grams of protein.

I think you should chill, we all have to learn portion control. If we're pigs, it's our fault.
