  • Hi I have the same issue so what i do is I eat air popped popcorn plain. Sometimes I spinkle Cinnamon . I also find that apples cut up in pieces sprinkled with cinnamon helps with the sweetness. Hope this helps
  • Hi I have been on MFP for about a year off and on. I hav now decided to get serious and lose my last 20 pounds. I am on day 5 and have lost 6 lbs. I am trying to eat on an average of about 1000 calories a day. I also exercise 5 to 6 days a week.
  • What I have been doing is having 900 calories a day. This has helped me. I was at a Weight Loss Clinic years ago and this is what they suggested and it worked for me. I also consume a lot of veggies. Hope this helps.
  • I love to cook as well. I have recently discovered Kettle Bell training. It is a great cardo and muscle toning exercising that is easy and can be done anywhere. Purchase a 15 lb kettle bell and check out free kettle bell workouts on the web. It really helps and is fun. Hope this helps
