hello, I'm on a 1200/day calorie. I'M about ready to do my liver gallbladder cleanse in a couple days then a juice fast for about 3 days.... Add me if u want.

This happens to me some days. I usually have oatmeal before workout. After workout I have a meal or protein smoothie depending on how I'm feeling.

I would live to enter this challenge... But it's a real challenge because i can't swim and I have no access to a bike.. How can I modify this?? Does running/walking 3times as much count:huh: ?

I was having similar problems, what has been working for me is i do work out videos on my computer while i'm watching Jerry Springer, Mauray or the Wendy Williams show.... Thrust me if you find something you like to watch on TV it's a great distraction. For me it's drama day time Tv :happy:

Hey Brit, Congrats on losing some of the 20lbs that u gained :happy: :happy: that is awesome! I love FOOD also and although I eat healthy I ate too much and no exercise so I too gained 20 in the past year... So far I lost 8lbs but it took a while though.
