Alright I'm in! Yesterday was slow to start only 3,180 steps not normal for me but I'm feeling motivated again and hitting the gym later today. Will post my goal for the month once I figure out my last months step count0

Very brisk/chilly outside, but I got my walk in. Still sore from yesterday having to sit at conference all day. I have no cushion left on my backside.

Another 15 minute walk at the park. Not much but more that I was doing a month ago!0

Wow I am impressed with everyone who did 10 miles today!! That is so great.
I only did one half hour with the dog today. I forgot my phone so I dont have the step count. I had hoped to doore in the evening but it got a bit cold and chilly.
Tomorrow it will be cold but the goal is an hour.0 -

April 2nd, crappy weather so I decided to hit the gym instead. Got my steps in on the elliptical, not sure if that counts... 5,271 steps. Not really impressive to me, but it's better than nothing!0
