  • Definitely a notification deal would be great. I love the idea of open chat boards too! I think that there should be certain message boards designated to your style of fitness. Like 30 day shred, or insanity, or running etc. I would love to just be able to see posts from people who are doing the same exercises as me.
  • I have an HRM and my heart rate is usually in the 180s when I am running and around 140's when I'm walking.

  • I'm 5'0 and my goal weight right now is 125. I started at 150.6, Currently 132.4. I picked 125 because that was a healthy BMI for me. I would like to be smaller around 115 but I have really muscular thighs which might prevent me from getting down that low but I will try and if it doesn't work, I will be happy at 125.

  • Where does the tape say you're gaining? Arms? Legs? Could be muscle forming. I go by the scale unless the scale says nothing, then I measure by tape. But its mostly just a feel good process. Like hey you may not have lost weight this week but you lost an inch off your hips.
