I get this a lot, after a day on my feet, my achielies (spelling?) tendon or just that general area, I feel a popping or a clicking when I walk. Doesn't hurt, never has. Its only every once in a while but anytime I've tried to look it up, just coulding get that clear of an answer as to what it is.

Started running again and gained!
So I started running again. I'm not running the whole time, trying to build my endurance up and started with 10 minutes straight of running, then 11, and yesterday did 12. The rest of the 30 minutes I walk. I keep gaining. I'm up 1.6 lbs now and not happy at all. I eat within my calorie limits and am always lower because…

I saw my neighbors daughter out walking one of their dogs after a workout and walked up to pet their dog. Then her mother walks out with another dog and says "You're looking AMAZING!" My husband comes home from a ten month deployment very soon and I can't wait to see his reaction after that one!

Insanity users (or DVD users) , inputing exercise?
So how do enter in your exercise? Do you enter it as cardio? Do you have a HRM? I plan to start Insanity around November 15th and tried to see by searching in the fields how many calories I'd burn per workout but no results in the search. Sounds to me like an HRM would be a good investment but I'd like to know what you do.…

Question about Activity Level and Exercise
Okay so I'm a server at a restaurant. I work 4 days a week and then 3 days a week I'm at college. Should I change my profile from sedentary to very active and take the extra calories a day OR log work as my workouts? I'm only 5'0 so 1200 calories suits me quite well. What do you all think?
