Tonight I ate some roast chicken, a small apple, chicken broth, and cauliflower..Yum! Normally for dessert I have 60kcal pudding cups from Jello, but I really want to try Artic Zero which sounds good!

Sounds crazy! Though, I do know that cayenne pepper is good for your metabolism, I take cayenne pepper pills everyday in hopes it will boost my metabolism even just a little bit.

Another thing that boosts your metabolism is spicy food such as cayenne pepper- err, and if you don't want to dump that on your food you can always take cayenne pepper pills such as I do. But, on the downside you might get heart burn x_x
