low fat hot coco made with almond milk, i love treats and sweets, and I am a baker, i just make myself a cupcake or whatever just for me, and its always guilt free
  • I recently discovered banana ice cream.

You take 2-4 bananas (depending on your serving size), freeze them then blend them in a food processor until mushy and either eat it right away or save in the freezer for later; it's yummy.

Here's one I picked it up at Weight Watchers (and have been posting quite a bit, lol) before the Points Plus system. It's one point cake (on the old system):

1 box of Angel Food Cake mix (the kind needs water only)
2-1/2 cups of any other kind of cake mix (strawberry and pineapple are two of the best!)

Blend both dry mixes together. Store in a bowl.

When you want a piece of cake, take 1/3 cup of the dry mix, add 3 Tbsp of water, and mix with a fork. Put in the microwave for 1 minute. You can either eat warm, or for more cakey cake, chill for 30 minutes.

You can top this cake with light hershey's syrup, fat free cool whip, any kind of fruit topping, etc. etc. My husband and I usually top with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of fat free ice cream, 1/2 banana, and 1 Tbsp of hershey's light syrup. YUMMY!!

I'm having two small dinners tonight. The first will be lentil soup with added sweet potato and peas. The second, which my dad is making, will probably be pasta (Barilla Plus) with chicken, tomatoes, and oregano. I'm not sure if I'll have dessert since I basically just had one haha--it was half a banana with a tablespoon of peanut butter and 50g of semi-sweet chocolate chips. If I want a healthy treat it usually combines fruit, peanut butter, and/or dark chocolate in some way. I also love Deep Chocolate Vita Tops with a glass of 1% milk if I have 200 cals left at the end of the day. BUT I also love to bake so usually I'll have the full-cal version of something I've made but just in way that stays within my cals.

    Supper tonight:

    Pasta
    Olive oil
    Smoked salmon
    Asparagus
    Lime juice

I'm loving blackberries for dessert these days. Far fewer calories than blueberries or strawberries, and free to pick from the hedges round here!

Love to cut up a banana and stick it in the freezer for about 10 minutes and drizzle a little Reeses Shell ice cream topping on it...super yummy! The reeses shell is 210 calories for 2 tablespoons, but that it A LOT you really only need about 2 teaspoons :)

i need to remember that ww cake.

    that just sounds yummy!
  • Our favorite is Grilled Chicken, with oven baked veggies. My kids & husband hate veggies, but they LOVE these. You can take fresh (or even frozen) veggies like squash, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, green beans, snap peas or cauliflower (or mixed medley).....drizzle w a little EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive oil) and sprinkle with any kind of season salt (we like celery salt or garlic salt). Toss and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Will start to look burned....but ohhh so yummy. Good to make alot and eat on all week. The longer it sits....the better!!!

Also, can try sweet potatoes (1" cubes) or brussel sprouts (halved)....toss in EVOO & Balsalmic Vinegar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Makes a sweet glaze... Yummy!!!!!!
