Thanks everyone! Went for a swim today, first time in about a year, buuut was much better on my ankle and it felt really good to be exercising! My arms are so achy now!

13/6 - Slow first week and nearly lost motivation (I'm very impatient) but now I have actually lost 2lb! I've been exercising nearly every day so feeling really happy and much fitter! Good luck everyone with your targets!

That's great! Thankyou. It actually suits me much better to exercise that way, I get really bored if I'm not pushing myself.
