The Clean cleanse is not like the cleanses you are thinking of. It is meant to rid the body of toxins while eating food - clean, organic, food. If you don't believe in cleansing, no problem, but no need to post. I'm looking for support.

I eat the same things I eat for lunch and dinner! Left over meat and veggies, mashed potatoes, sausage, roasted chicken...you get the idea!

Thanks for your reply! I *a;most* convinced myself I could jump right into a marathon, but I won't! I found a half that is a few weeks before the marathon here in my town. The only problem is we might still have snow on the ground and/or wet and muddy conditions. That kind of stinks. And our full marathon does not allow…

I needed new clothes after 10 pounds! I'm still wearing some of my bigger stuff, but i constantly have to pull my pants up! I try to make what I have work or as long as I can. ;) -Allison

What about a protein shake? I usually drink one for lunch, but they can be a great snack too. I also eat chicken and salad (or pieces of chicken on a crunchy lettuce leaf instead of a cracker, spicy chicken sausage, and these last few are not high protein, but I love them as snacks - raw veggies and a low fat dip or hummus…

I just got the P90X shakes and I use it as a meal replacement for a few reasons. It's out where I am and it's refreshing. I never thought of supplementing it with a class from my gym. That's a great idea! If only my yoga day fell on Saturdays, there's a great class I used to attend before P90X ;)

I have no advice, but I also dread yoga day! I don't really have 90 minutes in a row to exercise. Maybe just try another yoga DVD?
