Fast Metabolism Diet
Is anyone out there doing the Fast Metabolism Diet? I'd love an MFP friend to help keep me on track. I'm on week three, but plan to repeat another 4 weeks once I'm done with the first 28 days. -Allison

fitbit during exercise?
This may be a silly question, but do you wear your fitbit when you exercise? I wore it today during a Body Attack class so it calculated my steps, but then I recorded Body Attack in MFP so I also got that calorie burn. I think I double counted then. Looking forward to getting advice!

Garmin Forerunner 110
Do you have one? What do you think? Have you had other GPS or heart rate monitors to compare it to? I'd like to get one, but I want to be sure I'm making the right choice. I will use it for running and for monitoring my HR at the gym.

Has anyone done the 3-week cleansed called "Clean." If so, can you tell me about your experience? If you are planning to do it, can we do it together? I just need to get a juicer or do without the juices.

Running a Marathon
Hi, I'm wondering who out there has run a marathon. Were you always a runner? Short distance or long? If you historically only ran short distances, how long did it take you to train for a marathon? What is training like? I can currently run 5/6 miles... (maybe I can run more, but it takes so LONG!) I have a long way to go…

Weight/strength training and calories
How come strength training doesn't burn any calories on this? I know I'm getting a good workout when I'm doing pull ups - my heart rate is up and I'm sweating. it's not the same as when I run, but it's something!

Branded workouts
How can we get branded workouts on here? I'm doing the P90X program and I would love to know how many calories I'm burning doing this routine. I hate guessing!
