Branded workouts

How can we get branded workouts on here? I'm doing the P90X program and I would love to know how many calories I'm burning doing this routine. I hate guessing!

    I agree use a Heart Rate Monitor. I do P90X as well and could not live without mine. Everyone burns cal at a different rate and it depends of if you modify any moves and really now intense you workout. MFP could not give an accurate burn count for that program no matter how they tried.

    I was just reading an old string about this too. I guess I need to get a heart rate monitor! I do P90X and I started with the Classic (just about to end week 3) but I think I will be switching to the doubles. I used to run every day and I really miss it. With that said, I LOVE P90X so far. The only thing I have trouble with is the Ab Ripper exercises. My hips start to hurt before my stomach starts to feel it. I'm not old enough to have hip trouble!
