  • Thanks guys! Yeah I think I might up my protein a little and decrease my carb intake. I don't feeli have A LOT of carbs but 200 just seems a lot. I don't take in much fat either. Usually ill burn around 400-500 cals a workout and I eat around 300-350 back. I weren't sure on that either, but if I don't eat them calories…

  • Thank you! You're all so motivational! :) It's just really hard when you feel like the least you deserve is for the scales to just reward you a little! Haha... But yeah, I feel a lot healthier and I'm enjoying working out. I'm gonna give it another two weeks then weigh again. Hopefully it's just muscle Surely eating less…

  • I'm not sure yet! It's only been siz days so I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning. Hopefully I have, I 've been working so hard at the gym every day. I just feel quite weak after I exercise and need to eat. I usually consume around 1500 cals and burn around 500-600 at the gym. Should I only be consuming 1200 and still…

  • are you doing a lot of strength training? it sounds like you may be building muscle which will weighs more than fat. This is a good thing! You're toning up and keeping fit :)
