I feel like I'm eating too many..on my food journal my carb intake is usually between 150-200, is this normal? I don't really think I eat that much carbohydrate! eat back burned calories?
Little question... I've been on a 1200 cal diet for the past six days, and I've burned 600 calories every day. I've been eating back my calories, well at least 500 of them.
