  • I was just coming on here to ask the same thing. I stopped taking the pill, my eating/exercise habits haven't changed and I"ve gained at least 5 pounds in the past 3 weeks. Its frustrating. But good to know I'm not alone.
  • I was eating 60-70% carbs pretty much every day before I started the P90x meal plan. I do the portion control side so I can choose exactly what I want to spend my main carb on. I'm down to about 40% and thats with only one serving of fruit and one serving of carbs. Its not easy but I feel like a plan like that is easier…
  • I'm a total preteen at heart... so this is an easy one. Firework- Katy Perry
  • I started drinking to help me feel full. I'm going to keep drinking to keep my skin beautiful and clear. There are so many other benefits to drinking water than just the idea that it may or may not help you lose weight
  • I'm a serious thrower a wayer. I can not stand for things that are not useful and/or beautiful to be in the house taking up space. Including my fiance's very first car sitting in our garage. Yes it works and is pretty. No he never ever ever drives it. Drives me UP THE WALL.
  • I'm very big on actual programs... so I really loved 30DS to tone up my arms. I'm starting it again soon as I'm getting married in about 7 months as well! I plan on doing it a few times mixed in with additional strength and cardio. Congrats on the big day!
  • Better meaning healthier. Not actually tasting better... lets get real. Few things in this world taste better than a real brownie.
  • I really like the "No Pudge" Brownies. They aren't exactly what I would call "healthy" but they're way better than the traditional super fudgey brownies
  • I totally am with you on the last 10 lbs being the hardest. But also realize that you had a baby and your body is different now. You may look so much better even with that last 10 lbs on depending on how your body has shifted.
  • I just take a break whenever I want one really. I'm on Day 2 of Lvl 3 and I started Jan 8 and I can still absolutely tell a difference in my body so far.-- 2 days off a week should absolutely be fine
  • I really think its mainly confidence. When you don't feel attractive because you're not happy with your weight you look sad. People don't like sad, unconfident people. Conversely, when you feel sexy and toned (even if you statistically still are overweight), you just ooze happiness and good vibes. People are attracted to…
  • I agree with 30DS! It'll really help jumpstart you and tone up your back and shoulders while whittling away at your waist.
  • I say this in the nicest way possible... but be very VERY sure the military is what you want to do. After you sign those papers they literally own you. If its 3am in the morning on your off day and they need you to come scrub a toilet- you're getting your butt out of bed to go scrub that toilet. If you're out too long in…
  • Chilis does as well! Thats where I'm heading tonight... my mouth is already watering for some Margarita Grilled Chicken... mmmm
  • You look great! And Good luck in the pageant! I used to do the Miss America system in Arkansas and am always excited when girls see the good side of pageantry
  • My situation is quite the opposite. I want to go on a long honeymoon and have the 'wedding' on a beach somewhere with just us and maybe our parents. He wants a lavish shindig. Theoretically, weddings are supposed to be a once in a lifetime opportunity. So this would be her one and only chance to have this one thing. He…
  • Cosign. My future husband is an attorney and I will be a stay at home mom soon.. so he obviously makes more than me. We have the $100 rule and we respect each other. I don't agree with every single thing he spends our money on. But we at least talk about it. We both want each other to be happy is the main thing
  • I'm scared of midgets. Can't watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory because of them... it gives me nightmares.
  • I'd go easy on him. A) Boys are kind of dense sometimes. B) Its very difficult to see the change in someone when you see them everyday. Since its so gradual, all he knows is that you look the same as yesterday and the day before.
  • As long as you can be honest with yourself then I say do it! I would advocate stepping on the scale 1+ a week for people who aren't very precise when measuring food or their workouts. Otherwise, I think it can be more of a detriment. If youre measuring correctly and working out, then you should be continuously improving…
  • I love Pinterest. LOVE. PINTEREST. http://pinterest.com/daniellehardy/nutritous-nibbles/
  • I have the xbox version and while it is really neat I would probably go for the DVDs instead. Its really frustrating when the Kinect doesn't pick up your movements. And in the cool down there is a lot of stretching that the game seems to think you should still be shaking it hard for. I hate seeing the red knowing that I'm…
  • I don't have that far to go so I have a few mini rewards along the way: Polar FT7 is my first (so that I can prove to myself its not just going to be another gadget sitting in a drawer) new tennis shoes (because I have about 1000 miles on the ones I have now but they're still holding up.. and I'm cheap as heck.) shopping a…
  • I'm interested in what everyone else has to say about this... Bump!
  • Now the only thing left is to figure out on a scale of "1 to crazy stalker" where I would be if I printed this out and put it in my workout room to remind me...

  • My fiance hasn't ever been unsupportive in that sense but he's the kind that likes to get me "treats" and wants to go out to dinner so I don't feel like I have to cook, etc. I simply sat him down and had a talk with him. Explained how important this was to me and why. He said he wasn't aware that I was that serious about…
  • I think you're doing well. You're so close to your goal now that even if you busted your butt it would still take quite a while. There comes a certain point where our bodies are "comfortable" at the weight you are at. Your job is to make it uncomfortable through a complete diet change or a totally different workout method.…

  • If you're not using the HRM on the machine, then its calculating for someone that is "average" height and "average" weight. Most of the ones I've seen say between 120 and 140lbs. (Should be in tiny font on the actual machine if its commercial)
