Nope! Just did this yesterday for myself, and it kept my progress. I didn't even think about that before changing, but thankfully it kept the same number of pounds lost, same number of days logged in.

I've just started to eat better, but I find if you can pass the first week or so on willpower, it gets easier. For me, it's been about breaking the habit of wanting desert and/or late night food.
