I took this for about 2 years. I need to switch drugs periodically because my body seems to adjust and they dont work anymore. I had no problems coming off of this and no side effects on it. I wish it had lasted longer. I now take Cymbalta, which is a lot more expensive but is working great.

This really has toned me and strengthened me. I highly recommend it. Within days, I was feeling stronger and seeing results. Its only 20 min so its easy to stick to every day and doesnt take a lot of space or equipment. Its only 9.99 at walmart so its not a huge investment if you dont like it!

I make my own with 35 calorie wheat bread, toast it, top it and put in the oven till the cheese melts. Yum!

SAHM to two boys 4 and 2.5, definitely hard not to clean up their plates. Since I have been on MFP the dog sure has gained weight but I am losing! lol and I know I will want to snack to I plan them into my day. You would think with all of the chasing the kids we do, us SAHMs would all be thin!

So If I eat 1240 calories and do 240 calories of exercise, my net is only 1000? Maybe thats why my weight loss has slowed....If anyone cares to look at my food diary and give advice, Id be grateful!

I experienced this at Applebees-I got the Oriental Chicken Salad since it has a vinegrette dressing, I thought that was the healthier choice. Even with grilled chicken, it was over 1100 calories! It was a shock. Im glad to see their new under 550 menu and Longhorn also has one. It definitely helps!

Walmart sells a Great Value salsa that is Peach Pineapple Chipotle and once that is Black Bean and Corn Salsa, and both are awesome on chicken! Tons of flavor without adding a lot of calories. I put the peach pineapple chipotle salsa chicken over a cup of brown rice and it is delicious!

Thank you everyone! I will be looking into getting a HRM, but I think I will continue to ignore the extra calories it gives me to eat and just may have to mow twice a week now! :)

I think it is self propelled, my heart was beating hard and it was 85 and humpid so I was definitely sweating. I don't doubt it was a good work out, but that many calories seems crazy!
