  • I control my chocolate cravings with chocolate animal crackers! you can eat 16 for 130 calories, and I usually eat a serving spaced out through the day when I get the urge.
  • Jimmy Dean's D-lights has a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on English muffin sandwich that I LOVE and eat almost everyday. It keeps me full till lunch with only 250 calories!
  • 2 Labs- a 7 year old female chocolate lab and a 5 month old male yellow lab. It is so true that yellows are mellow!   • If you take an exercise ball between your knees and squeeze, do as many reps as you can and try to up them. it really helps with inner thighs! Ive also noticed huge improvement with Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred.

  • I think some of you dont realize what it takes to push a double stroller that weight probably 30 pounds itself with 2 kids in it which she said was 80 pounds....and if the terrain wasnt good, it would have been even harder trying to maneuver as the best doubles are unwieldy!   • im not sure on the size of the ball....its a pretty big one, its hard to get in between my knees so there is a LOT of resistance. 30 Day shred is a dvd workout, and it is a killer but its only 20 min a day so it fits in my schedule. and its only 10 bucks at walmart :)

  • I have been doing the exercise ball between my thighs and squeezing, it really has been working. i have a stubborn pouch of fat on my inner upper thighs and it is def helping. I also noticed a drastic improvement in my legs with the Jillian 30 Day Shred!

  • No one mentioned the 35 calorie bread. I have tried most of them, recently Schebels Lite Wheat, it only has 5 net carbs in 2 slices. So if its a sandwich day, I use that. My husband eats it daily in his lunch and has lost 35 pounds since Feb. 1.

  • I just asked this about frozen vegetables. My view is you weigh it as you eat it! . When you cook chicken, fat and juices come out that you dont eat so why would you count them? So my vote is weigh the cooked chicken!
