  • I think this workout is a MAJOR workout, so done any time couldn't be anything but good!
  • I started yesterday, but I only have access to Level 1 (it's on the Exercise TV On Demand menu). Do you guys think I need to buy the DVD, or do you think I can repeat L1 for 30 days and still see results? I REALLY felt it from the first day, so I'm really thinking about investing in the DVD because I can tell it WORKS!
  • Level 1 is available on Exercise TV On Demand, but no level two. Hopefully I can mooch off of the free level 1 all 30 days and still see results! I don't normally like to do the same workout day after day, but I'm making an exception because I REALLY felt it from the first workout more than anything else I've ever done…
  • Is this the Jillian Michaels shred? If so, I literally JUST finished day 1... 25 minutes and this is the closest I've ever felt to throwing up from exercise!
  • I have the same "problem" - I don't look like I weigh NEARLY as much as I do. I guess it's evenly distributed, mostly in stomach/thighs.

  • Excellent responses! I'm only on day 2 of my challenge, so I haven't worked out this early before! I'll give it a try without eating first because I like that idea of burning stored fat. :)
  • I hear you, but it's a 30 second commercial, so I take the time to grab a gulp of water since they never actually stop for water in the videos. You know they're yelling cut every few minutes for water while filming it, though!
  • I'm glad to hear some responses to this question. I'm just starting my new regime today, and I picked up some green tea pills. I figured I would get the same benefits that green tea provides without actually having to drink green tea, since I don't like it much. Does anyone give a thumbs up to green tea supplements?
