  • That's fantastic news about your status change! Congratulations.
  • Being all super red in the face and covered in sweat when I'm done with it.
  • I jog even with my boobs (42DD). Just get a really great sports bra that keeps you more or less locked down and you're good to go. However, my right knee is starting to act up again and I might have to take a break from it again even though I really don't want to. I'm trying to work up to actually being able to run but if…
  • But the important part is that you tried and stuck with it.

  • What's even worse is the four other people that decided to quote the entire thing as well. But to answer the original question yes I count calories from fruit and to whomever said that fruit is practically air obviously needs to look up the calorie count of a piece of fruit. But it seems like the general consensus is that…

  • Well I've already got the switch your exercise routine challenge down as my temporary gym membership while I'm on vacation has expired and so I've taken up doing my C25K program outside for the week, at least until we head to our final destination next week and I can see how the humidity treats me when it comes to outside…
  • I was thinking the exact same thing. Inquiring minds want to know (but also totally understand if you don't want to say)
  • You also need to keep in mind that the less you have to lose the slower you're going to lose it than say someone like me who has a whole extra person's worth of weight to shed and can lose a few pounds a week. Just keep staying healthy, drink your water and try not to let the number on the scale get you down.
  • I almost freaked out because I didn't see myself on the list but then I realized its because people got shifted around and I'm now in the 3rd group.
  • The only things that really ever get written in cursive are cards that are going in the mail to other people (birthday, thank yous, holidays, etc) and signatures. Pretty much everything else gets printed because it takes too long to make my cursive (or my print if I'm honest) look nice and neat. Who knows, perhaps America…

  • You're on! Haha
  • So I did Tai Chi today and it felt like stretching for the elderly as my husband and I were the youngest people in the class by at least 30 years! I was technically the youngest person period. But it was a great way for me to cool down and stretch after doing my C25K for 30 minutes on the treadmill and working up a great…
  • HOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been wanting to see green/yellow with my name for so long now and I finally made it. :) Now let's see, a goal or challenge for the week. I think first I'll go with try something new at the gym/home/wherever you work out. Try a new class/workout video that you've never done before (mine is going to…
  • Thank you, Roni_M. I was so freaking happy to finally hit that first 50 pounds. Now I just have 2 more sets of 50 to go with a couple of extra pounds thrown in on the side to lose and I'm set. :)
  • So I realized I actually copied the wrong old chart into this week's report (as it was missing the numbers for 5/28 which were the same as 5/21) so this is the actual report that I have fixed in this copy of the chart. I apparently just noticed it too late to be able to edit the post. So once again, my weigh in for the…

  • Or they could just change the sizing but keep the pricing the same to convince people that it's better to just eat at home where it's healthier because you're no longer getting more for your money with the larger sizes.
  • That's exactly what we did as well. We flew from South Korea on Tuesday the 22nd and finally landed (after a stupid 4 hour delay) at 1 am Wednesday morning (it would've been 4 pm Wednesday afternoon in Korea).

  • I've lost 47.5 pounds so far this year and the only thing I've cut out of my diet has been soda. I now drink pretty much exclusively water (I've never been an alcohol drinker so that was never a problem for me). I still eat pretty much whatever I want, I just make smarter decisions overall. For instance, if my family goes…
  • The 5th one down actually looks like it could've been a professional movie make up job of some evil queen releasing her banshee shriek. Haha
  • We live at Osan AB (around the Pyeongtaek/Songtan area) and have been here for 3 years. I'm excited to hear that there's Korean restaurants where we're going next so we can still get our fix. Even our kids (5 and 15 months enjoy Korean food). And I completely agree that buying new clothes every now and then on your journey…
  • I had the absolute greatest feeling today and I wanted to share it with y'all since it coincides with the theme of this group. I was walking with my family to go eat dinner at McDonald's (oh for shame I know haha) since we're leaving Korea on Tuesday and just won't be able to get certain items back in the US that we can…

  • Very fitting challenges that I'm actually going to have to put off until next week. The movers just came and boxed up all of my clothing (including my dresses, but I technically wore one earlier this week) but I've been in the mood for a dress lately anyway which is just odd given the fact that I don't like to wear them…
  • I'm currently 29 and my lovely little 5 and a half year old daughter was born exactly 5 days before my 24th birthday. So I too was 23 and pregnant. My husband and I got married a few months before she was born (we had already been engaged before I got pregnant so it's not like it was a big deal). Only my mom had issues…
