I butter my pizza 🤭🥴🙈 Not like the whole thing. Just at the end, maybe the last 2 inches before the crust. Then slabs of cold butter. (Gee wonder what brought me to mfp?) If you think about it, its kind of like buttering bread and dipping it in sauce. With cheese. Except its pizza. And its awesome.

It definitely is helpful. I did this before and had success. Then stupid covid messed it all up! I do find I eat w/ my food diary in mind, knowing others will see it keeps me focused!! Having said that, you will never find a day in my journal that doesn't have some kind of indulgence and I hardly bother on the weekends.…

MT, I was thinking blueberries..... and working in small amounts of a time. Ty! And cmr - i lol’d literally at that. I tried it once w/ a shot of ACV and literally gagged it back out into the sink. Cant even make pickles out of the stuff now! 🤢
