Well I'm 27 pounds from my goal. So I'm waiting until I look good to buy those skin tight clothes.

Something simple. I'm starting to like what I see in the mirror. And it's better than avoiding it or being disgusted with what I saw for years.

I have my meals planned myself for the whole day and written out in my tracker before lunchtime. It makes it easier knowing what I'm going to eat ahead of time without picking something at the last minute.

I believe it's unhealthy to completely eliminate carbs from your diet so I do include them. They make up 30% of my calories. They relax me mentally and help me sleep.

I eat 1200 calories a day and as many have said here protein is key to being satisfied. I drink tons of water, get 10 hours of sleep a night and walk 6 days a week. I am satisfied on my diet probably because I allow myself a little dark chocolate every day. I have lost almost 44 pounds this way with only 27 left to go!

I eat my favorite foods as part of my calorie intake. There is a FiberOne bar that is a brownie that has chocolate chips in it with 5 grams of fiber for 90 calories and it's really good. I have one of those every day. Don't deprive yourself of the foods you love all week and then make up for it on a cheat day. Eat…

I take topomax and my doctor said it helps with weight loss as an appetite suppressant as a side effect but it's not really used for that. The drug tends to cloud your thinking as well.

I ate a good breakfast so by lunchtime I only ate half of what was on my plate and was satisfied. I'm happy with the way things turned out.
