  • My starting weight was 190 Currently at 140 I’d like to lose another 10-20 lbs but I am very happy where I’m at. It took me 2 years off and on. I didn’t have a set calorie amount for every day. It depended on my current weight and exercise. It could be anywhere between 1200 - 2000 calories

  • Depends on the person. I like being able to measure my progress in numbers. I measure it in other ways too but for me it is helpful/motivational to have a goal weight and see the number on the scale getting closer.

  • You probably have your activity level set too high or aren’t weighing everything then. I don’t think you need to wait 60 days to see results. But your jumping around a ton and seem to be making this entirely more complicated than it needs to be.
  • Weight loss takes patience. Try ONE thing consistently for 60 days and see how you do. Also MFP will tell you how many calories you need for weight loss. There’s no need to jump around so much with your calorie goal.
  • You just get back to your regular routine. You did not gain 2kg of fat in one day. It’s water weight, it will come off in a few days.

  • It’s just my natural eating style. I don’t track it with an app or even have a specific eating window but I usually skip breakfast and stop eating after dinner. It makes it a lot easier for me to stick to my calories.
