I try to aim for at least 30 grams of protein for my main meals and then fill the rest in via my snacks. Egg whites, meat, greek yogurt and whey are my main sources.

Eat more food if you are positive you are tracking properly. I'm guessing you aren't otherwise you wouldn't be on this site.
