The most important element to losing weight is your nutrition. As long as you're meeting your calorie goals you can lose weight no matter which shift you work.

Also, nutrition is the bigger part of the equation so keep that in check.

I work out from 4:30-5:30am, get kids & myself ready and off to school/work by 7:30am, work 8-4:30, pick up everyone, activities or chill in the evenings.

Your bowels can become dependent on laxatives..."lazy bowels". You need to see a doctor for immediate help and then to develop a plan to wean off of them.

Imagine what would've happen had your nutrition been better. Now use that as motivation for the next month.

Someone suggested to use the Couch 25K app but use the running interval for faster paced running and the rest interval for regular pace running "breaks".

Early morning works best for me. That way it's done and can't get sidetracked by life's curveballs too often.

I try to aim for at least 30 grams of protein for my main meals and then fill the rest in via my snacks. Egg whites, meat, greek yogurt and whey are my main sources.
