Hi OMAD family, Had a great week but scale stalled. Still at 178 which I am okay with because I have started spinning again and I know the stall in weight is due to the exercise being added in. So I am fine...….Goal to be at 169 by the first of November...….Still sticking with the OMAD plan and staying strong! ~D

You are doing great! I certainly know what you mean, when I first started this, I was like this is way too easy. Sometimes we try to make it more complicated than it is ---and that never works. I am not one to deprive myself or limit my food groups because I know long term I won't stick with it. And being from the south…

Hey guys, Happy Friday! I am down to 178 which is only a pound since the last weigh in but I am happy to still be out of the 180s especially since my week wasn't perfect (thanks to stress and chocolate)…...Today is a water fast in preparation for football day tomorrow (UT/FL game in Knoxville) GO VOLS!!! so the tailgating…

Hi everyone, It was a busy week for me and I did OMAD every day but Saturday/Sunday we had birthday events and lots of eating out some meals (especially the Hibachi one) was full of sodium so I haven't weighed yet. it is a good habit to break. I limit myself to one per day but often I don't have even one. I am newly addicted to seltzer water, they make some amazing flavors.

Hey guys hope you are all well. My weight stayed the same this week, still at 179 so that is kinda blah but I am okay with it because over the weekend with various events (football parties) the plan was more laxed than I had intended. Beer=water retention :) so I am taking ownership of the indulgence and moving on. 83 days…
