Try to do my measurements every couple weeks. I was a little late but i was down in some, stayed the same in some but my calf went up. hmmmm. oh well the most important ones to me went down a little. another mini goal done. new mini goal is to get back to walking at least 30 minutes a day. we do a 30 min workout (faster way to fat loss) at lunch with some younger co-worker. these girls keep me laughing and it really has been the best help. I got down below my mini goal last week. I made it below 180 .. 179.6... but i got there. lol Today's check in i am 177. Lost a little more this past week. to be out of 180's by Friday. I weigh 182. 3 lb is a lot when i lose between 1 to 2 a week so if not then maybe next Friday. lol I'm just ready to see a new number. Good luck to you all.

i am doing faster way program with some co-workers. 20 wks and 30 pounds down. i reset fitness pal for macros so on Monday and Tuesday i do double fat but only 50 carbs and protein stays the same. Wed through Sunday i eat however many carbs, fats, and protein my app says. we work out for 30 min every day of week at lunch…
