My stomach, Thighs and back of arms have always been my biggest problem. I am slowly seeing improvement.

Sept has been hard I am trying to focus again. I have lost 34 pounds since January but should have been more but some weeks i gained but at least i am to get back at it the last week and feel like i am really ready to try harder. Wish you all much loses. :)

i was using 10lb weights for only a little bit of work out. even after being out i have been able to use 10 lb for more of work out.

being back at work and now getting to work out with gals is what works for me and using this app. When i don't i cheat.

Just not giving up on me. I was out with my 81 year old mom and mentally challenged 67 year old brother in law who had covid and then i got covid. I just plain feel better about me. I had got to the point where i didn't care what i wore.. no enthusiasm with life. I did not realize i like to buy clothes.. maybe to much. :) but best part is being able to go down the slide with my grandkids at the park and just enjoy life more.

Hey everyone. I am 53 and hope it is ok to be in group. I hit full menopause early and i already was having a time losing with my faithlessness to trying over a day at a time. I am doing much better now and it helps to hear others doing well and keeping at it. Thanks for the advice and support. You all are inspiring.

I have a side of clothes hanging that i never go to because they were to small. It finally clicked that i could try some on and some fit. some days it just don't seem real. But I'm putting in the work so i am proud that it is working.

i am 4'11" and i have lost 35 lb in 21 weeks. usually 1 to 2 lb a week with a couple big ones close to 5 at the beginning. but more importantly to me is the measurements. scale don't always show what is really happening. although i do love seeing it go down.

A friend of mine does faster way to fat loss. and she set my macros on here. We look at carbs, protein and fat. On Monday and Tuesday we double the fat and only 50 carbs, protein stays the same.
