What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

    Current mini goal is to reach 95kg, right now I’m 98.5 but it has just been SO SLOW these last 3 months. I reached 100kg mid April and have just been oscillating slowly since.

    Originally my next mini goal after going under 100kg was going to be 92kg since that will make my BMI overweight instead of obese but I guess that is upgraded to a BIG goal instead of a mini one 😊

    In the meantime I’m also trying to reignite my ashtanga yoga practice so my other mini goal is to practice daily for the month of august to see if I can gain momentum.

    Know the feeling, dropped to overweight weeks ago and still hovering. URG! But reading everyones goals is making me push on.

    Started March 2019 and lost 33 lbs. Regained 17, URG! So 2 mini goals. 1. Lose 1 lb. To put me 40 lbs from goal weight and 2. Lose 2 lbs to get me where I was before the regain. Sound easy? Well I have been hovering in the low 160's FOREVER!
