Averaging 5K+ steps per day over the course of a month.11

It came sooner than expected. My eating habits have changed dramatically. I am enjoying eating controlled portions of healthy food. It’s an awesome feeling!13

I want to hit my adult low-weight (182) by Halloween. I think that's totally doable, as I'm at 199 today.14

I think that should be very doable! I want to hit 210 before I hit 585 -
I want to drop a dress size so I can buy some new jeans for winter. All of mine are quite baggy round the waiste at the moment but I don't think I'd fit in a smaller size because my legs haven't 'caught up'!10

Current mini goal is to reach 95kg, right now I’m 98.5 but it has just been SO SLOW these last 3 months. I reached 100kg mid April and have just been oscillating slowly since.
Originally my next mini goal after going under 100kg was going to be 92kg since that will make my BMI overweight instead of obese but I guess that is upgraded to a BIG goal instead of a mini one 😊
In the meantime I’m also trying to reignite my ashtanga yoga practice so my other mini goal is to practice daily for the month of august to see if I can gain momentum.8 -
I just want to be able to handle intermittent fasting.
I was just thinking I do this automatic without even trying. I eat dinner 5oclock and it is 8 or 9 the next morning before I eat again. It is just the way I roll. My husb has a problem with night eating but I guess I just got out of the habit of eating at night, I drink stuff, water, tea, coffee.6 -

That is a way off goal for me.... I'm at 223 today.... I can't WAIT to get under 200.6 -
I would really like to stop night eating. I have fallen into this bad habit again and it makes me feel very unhealthy. I haven’t seen too much of a change on the scale yet, but I can tell it’s coming with a long, slow, trend line up.

Alex, that was my hard struggle. I was eating ice cream every night, then I'd want something salty. I wanted to stop but couldn't.... then I'm not sure HOW... but I was able to give it up. If I want ice cream I have it during the day time BEFORE dinner time. But I really don't eat it that much anymore. Alex, if you want it bad enough you can do this. I hate to say it, but if I can do it. lol.. that's right... any one can. That was 2 months ago, and I've dropped 10 lbs.3 -

I am optimistic you are right. I’ve added more protein during the day and it does make a difference. But it’s also waking up in the middle of the night feeling like I NEED FOOD to sleep. I am trying my hardest though. Survived last night. Now on to another.6 -

I like small yogurt cups or cheese sticks or even a hot chocolate with real whipped cream right before bed. It's not a lot of calories, but it's enough to stop that little hungry voice. And drinking hot chocolate (or homemade chai tea with half-and-half in it) as I wind down with a cat on my lap is a pretty nice relaxing thing.

Half a pound away from reaching my 1st mini goal of losing 10% of my starting weight. Next mini-goal is losing 9.5 lbs to go down another dress size.6

My mini goal is to get to 140. Once I get there I'm going to reward myself with buying new pants (need new ones anyway but I don't want to buy them now as I'm consistantly losing weight). Currently at 144.4. When I hit my main goal (120), I'm gonna buy myself a new wardrobe (gotta keep my shirts though. I love baggy t shirts)5

Hubby and I are trying for baby number two in November. I'll be 8 months postpartum at that point. I'm about 1 lb away from pre-pregnancy weight!
I'm hoping to gain some level of fitness back and to be 9-10 lbs less for the beginning of my next pregnancy!
Currently 129 lbs.
Goal is 119-120!10 -

Ha! Weighed in at 95kg both today and yesterday! It’s so funny, that literally means that I got to 95kg for 1 aug which was my target but that I thought was impossible since the scales weren’t moving despite my best efforts. Then suddenly Whoosh and 3 kg are gone.
Onto 92 kg - hoping to get there by 1 sep latest.7
