I just reached my first mini goal! To weigh the same as I did when I started my really stressful job.
My next mini goal is to weigh less than my mom (198) who has always been obese. (And embarrassed me as a child.)15 -
To drop 15lbs before I get married at the end of October.
I need to focus on getting to the gym 5 times per week and getting enough protein daily.12 -
Looking towards my -30lbs goal5

To resist the temptation to stock up early, and sadly often, on halloween candy.9

If I get below 88.3 I’ve lost 10% of my weight, so that’s my next micro goal ( 2-3 weeks) and then my next mini goal is to be under 85kgs. I think it would be a push to get there before my next drs appointment in 6 weeks but if I go in weighing 86ish I will still be very happy
I’ve done it! Or close enough that I’ve lost 10% of my original body weight. So I’m chasing the next mini goal of 85kgs. My weight loss has slowed some, so realistically I’m looking at end of September beginning of October for that 🙂 really really pleased

@Ennaelangels is that lead climbing?
My goal recently was to get v5 at bouldering; I have got a couple but it's quite rare. There are still many v4s which are beyond me, but I get a few.
Yes, indeed! V4 is pretty solid! I hope you make the V5 goal4 -
Looking good in my dress at Christmas. About 10 lbs to go. 😊8

Yup!! 😫4 -
@takinitalloff - Thank you
@jennydowd - I did not finish in 30 min. I started too strong and wore out. Although, I gave it my all as I approached the finish line, and finished 12 seconds faster than my previous time.
Opps...I made a mistake. I finished in 34 minutes not 33.

I’ve passed the 95kg and next mini goal is 91kg, overweight BMI for me.
I’ve been doing long Sunday hikes the last two weeks which definitely impact water weight on the Monday. I noticed I’m up about 0.5kg and then usually drop around 0.8 or so on the Tuesday. So weight loss is still happening but the curve is becoming rockier.7 -
I restarted my weight loss journey on 1st Sept at 187 lbs, my mini goal is to get hot 179 lbs by the end of September.7

My sisters want to do a cringey photshoot for our parents for Christmas so if I have to be immortalized in a very lame fashion I feel like I need to continue to look my best until at least mid-November when we'll have completed it10

KEEP meal prepping!! mini goal that really helps my bigger goal!!12

Re-started again a couple weeks ago and going strong. My mini-goal is to comfortably fit into one of my favorite pairs of jeans by my birthday (Oct 13), not my skinny jeans by any stretch but a really nice pair of jeans. This is also a day I leave for a work trip (yes I have to catch a 7am flight on my B-day), so a good end point for a mini-goal.9

My mini goal is to achieve the "if every day were like this you would weigh ____ in 5 weeks." I thought I would try it out. I have a half pound to go by Thursday. Plus, that takes me out of the 200's. So happy!
I was a day late, but I did it! Now to figure out another mini goal.14 -
Nicely done @clcomer013

To break into the 70 kilo range! I have lost 5 lbs since Sunday 1st September and my aim for this month is to to hit 79.9 kg!10

dr. appointment on the 23rd. So I want to see how much I can lose by then. especially since I've lost some to most of my motivation so the weight was starting to go back up.
funny how when I stop watching/ being mindful what I eat and reduce my movement the weight goes back .12 -
Working on making my daily calories goal so I can look forward to enjoying my cheat food day tomorrow8

This was my weight when I started my journey......184 pounds. The last week of November in 2022. I wasn't concerned as to how quickly it would come off. I'd been fluctuating between 172 to 188 pounds for about 3 years. So I felt that progress..anything below 172....was really good!
My weight loss has been slow but steady in the last 21 months. I've reported on my progress here over that time and it's time for an update!
I'm currently maintaining with no effort between 142 and 145 pounds......or 66 kgs. I've lost 40 pounds and marvel everyday at what a POSITIVE DIFFERENCE it has made in my life.....predominantly my health!
When I reflect back on how it felt to be obese, it was difficult for me to keep up the energy to maintain a gym regimen......so I kept it to yoga and walking. Yoga is difficult as a heavier person....but surprisingly effective. I gradually increased my stamina. Believe me, this last almost 2 years feels like one year! So much so I am still shocked at the praise I receive because it feels like I am not there yet. Therefore.....
My mini goal is now to ensure that 145 pounds is my NEW 185. I don't intend to climb to 146 and if I do...it means serious tweaking to lose that pound as quickly as possible. My brain actually is struggling to accept that I weigh less than 150 pounds. So I need a plan to both accept my weight and have a RED FLAG weight. When I feel that I have fully accepted this weight.....and it's beginning to get easier....I will continue my journey. My goal is still 134 pounds......a loss of 50 pounds total. It feels unbelievable to be Normal weight. 😲☺️

I leave for a 10 day holiday this Friday. My mini goal is simply to maintain my weight until my return, then I’ll keep gazing towards that 91kg.
Oh and I wore the trousers yesterday, but there is still room for improvement in the fit. I don’t think they’ll get to join me on this trip.8 -
Getting the next 13lbs off one step closer to my baby journey. Down 42lb since Jan.5
-
My micro goal is just to log faithfully and accurately for the rest of the week & do my best to hit my macro targets.5
-
My mini goal is to get back to using just a walker or cane to get around. I have Myasthenia Gravis and idiopathic neuropathy. Walking is extremely painful and difficult at this time, so I am wheelchair bound right now when out of the house. Needless to say, I don't get out a lot these days. 😔10

My current mini goal is to eat all of the produce that I have prepped in my fridge I'm trying to get in the habit of washing, chopping, and preparing things as I go so that we can just throw together healthy meals when I need them throughout the week, especially since my dad and I are both on different diets.7

My current mini goal is to MAINTAIN my weight for the next few weeks, which is a new experience for me. I still have 50 lbs to go, but I'm getting ready for a surgery and the doctors tell me it's not a good idea to be actively losing weight during this time. Now I get to put all my food tracking/planning experience to work in entirely new ways!8
-
I hope all goes well with your surgery @takinitalloff Yes....put your immediate health first
I find maintaining my loss to be actually really easy due to how I went about dropping my weight. Thru slow and steady positive changes, I have completely overhauled my nutrition and how I "exercise". I have completely cut out sugar, fats, processed food, large portions and fried food. By incorporating daily movement into my day I just find exercise comes naturally. Once you find your method of tracking and planning to become a regular part of your daily routine, you should hopefully find this "new experience" of maintaining to also be easy. Give yourself plenty of time to heal post surgery. Be in no hurry to lose the rest once you get the go ahead. Slow and steady with permanent changes will find your body naturally recalibrate to its healthy self! Good luck! 👍 😉5
