Back from appointment with medical dietician. Weight was back up. Had first lunch under new regimen. Ok for the one meal.1

My most recent tip , insight , secret [from the medical dietician] is that there are no unlimited free foods . One serving of lettuce is 1 Cup and for the rest of the vegetables and fruits It’s 1/2 Cup. And so forth
