5'4"-5'5", 27yo. Was 200lb around September. Weighed myself December 8th at 191.8lbs and weighed in today, January 10th, at 183.3lbs. My goal is 125-135lb by August 8th. Been exercising 3x-5x a week and calorie counting. Would love to have more friends with similar goals.

IF is nice for me. 20:4 fits how I regularly eat. Eating 1300-1500 calories in OMAD is of course doable, but I'd rather split it up. That being said, I dont think it's a necessity to do IF. Maybe they still make them and I just haven't seen them in the grocery store in years... fiber one had chocolate chip banana muffins in the freezer section. It was my weekly sunday breakfast like 10 years ago.

I have the opposite issue. I rarely feel hunger and have to force myself to eat to reach 1,200-1,500 calories. Went from 170lb to 118lb. Had knee surgery in 2011-12. Years go by. Hit 201lb early 2018. Went down to 191lb in September, maintained that until december. As of now I'm 185lb and aiming for 135-145lb (ultimately 124lb). You can add me if you would like an accountabuddy.

Happened to me the other day. Looked at my macros and I went from my usual 25 grams of fiber to 39 grams that day (all grains, veggies, and fruits). My stomach sounded like a monster. 🤣
