I use a garmin heart rate monitor and have my garmin express linked to track my activity. I'd really like to connect with other folks who are active and working on increasing their fitness levels. I'm into running 5Ks and bodyweight workouts. I have 95 lbs to lose.

Anyone else doing carb cycling?
I've been on WW for a while and lost 14lbs. I like it fine, but i hear that carb cycling will make the LBS come off quicker. I really have been inspired by Chris Powell and have started to use the plan from his book. My plan is to stick with the carb cycling for several weeks. Do compression garments and body shapers help avoid loose sagging skin?
When I was a massage therapist I had a lot of clients who had lipo done. The doctors always had them wear a compression garment after surgery to help with recovery. I was told it helps the skin stay firm during recovery. I've heard of people wearing compression garments during weight loss to help the skin stay tighter.…
