Garmin vivosmart hr+ and mfp calories
Trying to figure this out - suggestions appreciated! Yesterday I ran, and had the 300 odd calories added to MFP, plus another 140 ish - I assume because my mfp is set at sedentary (desk job) so this must be general walking around etc. Today, I did a gym workout - 300 calories according to garmin, which also shows 192…
