Well I'm back here on mfp again. Started back in the fall wanting to lose 15 lbs. I managed to lose 7 of them in about 2 months, which was fantastic, but of course ran out of steam and that's as far as I went with it. I have actually kept them off though, so that's something to be proud of :) I just got engaged on Friday…
So I'm trying to lose the weight I gained over the last year and a half. I was the same weight for YEARS until I decided to quit smoking. Ever since, it's been slowly creeping up. So here I am taking charge and making changes :) I started walking to work and going for walks at lunch. I average around 12,000 steps a day…
