What is your favorite place to walk/hike/bike?
NJ is such a gorgeous state. Let's share some of our favorite places to get out and exercise in nature. You may just inspire someone to take a trip and explore somewhere new as the exercise (ehhm someone meaning me for sure! haha)

New Year - New Me! :)
Hi everyone. I am working on some new goals for 2016 and one of them is to make some more friends here on MFP. I am 40 something, live in NY and have about 40lbs to lose. 2016 is going to be the year I finally put myself first and do this for me. :) Feel free to add me if you like.

Back again…..
I've had success in the past here on MFP and with weight loss/healthy eating but life REALLY has got in the way and I am struggling currently. I hope to get back to tracking and helping/getting help from others in the same position. I am just finding it difficult to get and stay motivated and to start new, healthy habits…

Diet Insomnia
Does anyone else suffer from what I call diet insomnia? Whenever I get back on a track of eating clean and exercising I start sleeping horribly. Is it just me? Usually if I ride it out a week or so it gets better but it's hard to be up at 3am and not eat. lol.

Looking for something to kick off November right
I am rather bored with just tracking tracking tracking. I am looking for a challenge or something new to do for November to really help me get into a good routine and kick it up a notch. Ideas? Suggestions? Advice? o:)

Top 3 things I should focus on?
Okay so I am just getting started. And I have lots to lose. Where do I start? I tend to try to tackle so much initially and then find it hard to get into a set routine with all the new stuff. Any words of advice are MUCh appreciated..... :)
