Hello everyone, As the title suggests, I'm looking for more friends on MFP that have open diaries I find seeing consistency on my feed helps me out a lot. I am currently losing weight and hoping to maintain as from april and move on to a lean bulk for the rest of the year in may Thanks in advance
A friend of mine came to me asking to help her out with gaining weight the right way. I'm used to most shredding routines and understand bulking concept to an extent.
