I weigh myself everyday and at the end of the week, strip off the highest weight and lowest weight and take the average of the remaining 5 values. I take this as my average weight for the week and compare it on my notes to make sure i'm losing or gaining weight at the rate I would like

Ditto. It's never that serious neither is it the end of the world. You don't need to be such a sour sport

Thank you very much for the info. I will set that as the goal

Thanks for the reply, I will put that into consideration. Should I also look into getting a 0.5 pound per week increase for optimal muscle gain with minimal fat

I was 210lbs December 2013 and now I am between 164-168lbs

Started school again, full time 4 courses and 24 hours at my Job still. I know that feel. Meal prepping for the week on Sunday is a bloody life saver. I find living from tupperware somewhat at par to eating out cost wise

Make sure you take note of the ratios of the foods you are eating and try keep it in range. Its one thing to eat less calories but having a good ratio of fats, proteins and carbs helps with body composition.

I'm 5ft10, 22 years old. Was 210lbs beginning of the year and now down to 162lbs give or take at about 13 percent bf. I look way smaller but I would place myself as medium build. Decent 6 packs but about 13 - 13.5 in arms I would guesstimate. Lean bulking when summer hits but I feel personally that 175lbs at 10% bf would…
