I weigh myself everyday and at the end of the week, strip off the highest weight and lowest weight and take the average of the remaining 5 values. I take this as my average weight for the week and compare it on my notes to make sure i'm losing or gaining weight at the rate I would like

I agree with them, if you this is a long term goal, lift at maintenance or a tiny bit above that for a while and watch your body recomposition. You also need to lift heavy and more frequently

Started school again, full time 4 courses and 24 hours at my Job still. I know that feel. Meal prepping for the week on Sunday is a bloody life saver. I find living from tupperware somewhat at par to eating out cost wise

I believe what would be good for you to do is go slightly above maintenance. So about 150 - 250 calories above. You should also make sure you eat back your exercise calories to make sure you are not in a calorie deficit. Make sure you take note of the ratios of the foods you are eating and try keep it in range. Its one thing to eat less calories but having a good ratio of fats, proteins and carbs helps with body composition.

I'm 5ft10, 22 years old. Was 210lbs beginning of the year and now down to 162lbs give or take at about 13 percent bf. I look way smaller but I would place myself as medium build.
