Viviosmart watch/Garmin Connect and MFP - Please Help!
Hi all! I recently got a Garmin Viviosmart watch with a waistband to monitor my heart rate. I absolutely love it so far. However, I am confused about how the watch syncs with MFP. More specifically, how the Garmin Connect calorie adjustment works. On Friday, February 27 I had 15,908 steps, which MFP displays under "Cardio…
