The box of pasta says one serving is 56g, or 2 oz. Is this the DRY measure or cooked measure?
I am a 22 year old guy, 5 ft. 7.5 inches tall, and weigh 133 pounds. I have been trying to bulk up (without getting fat). I lift weights 4 days a week, sometimes 5.
