How many calories a day do people eat?
MFP recommends me to have 1200 cals, I find this hard to stick too and seem to hit between 1400 & 1600 most days. More at the weekends...........coz I have some treats. Hi, I lost 6 stone 9 lbs. Then had a dodgy gallbladder was ill for 6 months and ended up putting on exactly 2 stone. Fully recovered now and wanting to get that off.
